Foundation: The foundation of the building is laid.
Quality Control & Inspections
Regular Inspections: Ongoing inspections ensure the work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
Final Inspection: A thorough inspection is conducted upon completion to ensure everything is up to standard.
Weekly Drone Inspections: Flyovers with our drones to ensure site is up to date
Handover
Client Walkthrough: The client is given a walkthrough of the completed project.
Documentation: The contractor provides all necessary documentation, including warranties, manuals, and as-built drawings.
Final Approval: The client approves the finished project.
Post-Construction Support
Warranty Period: The contractor offers a warranty period during which they address any issues or defects.
